Hardware Terms & Conditions
All hardware orders must be paid in full (including shipping charge and any applicable sales tax) prior to shipping. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and personal check for payment.

Shutter hardware is considered “reproduction hardware”, and as such, will exhibit very slight variations in dimensional accuracy and specific tolerances from piece to piece as is customary with any authentic, handcrafted item. While the powder coating used in our production process offers additional protection, our hardware will nevertheless show signs of weather exposure. “Spotting”, “streaking” and other such events can be expected to appear over time, and are considered normal.

Back ordered items will be shipped to you as soon as possible. Any back ordered items that are more than four weeks old can be cancelled at the customer’s request and payment will be refunded. All refunds will be made in the same manner as payment was received.

All returns must be accompanied by a pre-arranged Return Authorization (RA) # which can be obtained by calling 888-631-8191. Returns must be made within 30 days from the receipt of the hardware order. We will inspect the hardware upon return and contact you with a credit determination. Hardware must be returned in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for credit. Returned hardware that needs repackaging and/or minor repair will be subject to an appropriate fee. Returned hardware that has been mounted or damaged beyond repair will not receive any credit. Special order items, custom hardware or discontinued hardware is not returnable for any reason.
